| Click-to-Dial using MS Outlook
Dial your contacts directly out of MS Outlook by one of the following options:
Click-to-Dial out of contact window
Open your MS Outlook contact window and select the contact you want to call. Just click on the type of number you want to call and the call is established.
For your convenience you have direct access to multiple phone number types, like home, business or mobile.
Click-to-Dial out of contact window with right click
Right click directly on your contact and you get a contextual menu where the available phone numbers (home, business, mobile) are available immediately. The fastest and easiest way to call a contact.
Click-to-Dial out of contact details
Viewing the details of your contact allows you to call the contact directly by the click of just one button. Working with the new fluent user interface (ribbon user interface) of MS Outlook 2007 greatly simplifies calling the appropriate number.
