Automatic callback or notify busy destination

When calling a busy destination you can simply define to set a callback for the destination. As soon as the destination is available again you will be connected to the destination.

Besides setting a callback it is possible to notify the other party without making a call again. Therefore the other party gets your number displayed on the phone and calls you back at a convenient time.

AND Phone Callback works for internal and external destinations by incorporating a time-based calling pattern to external destinations which allows you to seamlessly use the functionality independent of the location of your busy destination.
