AND Phone Menu: Case Study



Easy to use communications services.



AND Phone Menu was especially developed to enhance usability of communications services . The following case study shows an example of using AND Phone Menu in branches of a bank.

The services where implemented on IP phones 7965, 7971 and 7975 and display the following menu:

This menu is used on IP phones at branches and delivers the following services:
  • Trigger alarms
  • Request advisor for loans
  • Request advisor for real estate
  • Request advisor for securities
  • Additional services
Triggering an alarm can be done just by pressing on the touch screen display of the IP phone and the safety department is immediately alerted. Even after triggering an alarm it is possible for the bank employee to cancel the alarm in case of a false alarm.

Another service is dedicated to contact advisors. The main advantage is that advisors get a message on their IP phone and are not interrupted if they have a counseling interview. They can immediately reply by selecting a reply message and send it back. In this case it is possible to inform advisors for loans, real estate and securities.

The messaging service itself was realized with AND Phone Broadcast.
