Sobald Sie Ihre Kontakte in MS Outlook geöffnet haben, können Sie direkt einen Anruf durch Auswahl der gewünschten Nummer (Geschäftlich, Privat, Mobil) tätigen.

Durch direktes Auswählen der gewünschten Nummer sind keine weiteren Fenster oder Auswahlmenüs notwendig und der Ruf wird sofort aufgebaut.



Click-to-Dial per Rechtsklick auf den Kontakt



Rechtsklick auf einen beliebigen Kontakt öffnet ein Menü und Sie können direkt eine der verfügbaren Nummern anwählen. Das Kontext-sensitive Menü sorgt dafür, dass nur jene Nummern angezeigt werden, welche auch wirklich für diesen Kontakt verfügbar sind.

Haben Sie einen Kontakt geöffnet um sich die Detailinformation anzusehen, können Sie direkt aus dem Menü einen Anruf starten. Durch die Einbindung der neuen MS Outlook 2007 Steuerleiste haben Sie sofort Zugriff auf alle verfügbaren Telefonnummern des Kontakts.
