AND Phone Menu: Service Kurzwahlen



Auslösen von Diensten durch Kurzwahl.



AND Phone Menu bietet die Möglichkeit verschiedene Dienste durch anrufen einer Kurzwahl auszulösen. Diese Funktion, bekannt von klassischen Telefonanlagen, ermöglicht das Auslösen eines Dienstes indem eine bestimmte Kurzwahl angerufen wird.

Typische Beispiele für diese Funktion sind (in Klammern eine mögliche Kurzwahl):

  • Gruppenklingelton ein/aus (*85/#85)
  • Stilles Mithören (*944)
  • Adressverzeichnis (*70)
  • Telefon ab-/aufschliessen (*66)
  • Agentenstatus (*401)

Dies sind nur einige Möglichkeiten von Diensten welche über Kurzwahlen ausgelöst werden können. Neben der flexiblen Einbindung von Diensten ist auch die Zuweisung von Kurzwahlen frei definierbar.

Durch die Einbindung von Service Kurzwahlen können einerseits Funktionen schnell aufgerufen werden aber auch die Rückwärtskompatibilität mit gewohnten Bedienmerkmalen kann wichtig für Ihre Umgebung sein. Durch die von klassischen Systemen gewohnte Bedienung wird die Akzeptanz der Lösung verbessert und damit auch die Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeiter mit den System gesteigert.


Die genannten Dienste können über AND Phone Menu ausgelöst werden, allerdings sind auch entsprechende Module für die Realisierung der Funktionen notwendig (z.B. AND Phone Recorder für „Stilles Mithören“).
